SHIPPING :
Where do you ship? We only ship within Canada. We cannot ship to the US or any other country.
What are shipping costs? There are two options for shipping. Standard and Express. If you have ordered cuttings and you live outside of Quebec, please choose Express. Shipping rates are:
- Standard - $25.00
- Express - $45.00
NOTE: By default "Combine Orders" shipping option will be selected on checkout page. Please make sure to change it to "Standard" or "Express" based on your location.
Will you combine orders? Yes, We will combine orders. Once you have paid shipping for your 1st order, Please select "Combine Orders" shipping option for subsequent orders.
When will you ship orders? Orders with only tubers will be shipped late April - Early May. Orders containing cuttings will be shipped Early to Mid May.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
TUBERS INFORMATION:
All the plants were grown in separate grow bags in our backyard. All the photos are my own. All the tuber varieties are bloom confirmed. We strictly follow all sanitization guidelines. The mother tubers were sourced from reputable Canadian sellers. There are no imported tubers.
CUTTINGS INFORMATION:
UNCONFIRMED CUTTING VARIETIES:
Many of the cutting varieties are NOT bloom confirmed . They do not have their own photo in the listing. They were acquired and planted late in the season and did not bloom before frost. We are growing them indoors throughout winter to confirm blooms. All cuttings were sourced from highly reputable sellers but this is just a disclaimer to buy at your own risk.
All the mother plants should have blooms indoors by the end of April (before shipping). If I find out that variety is NOT true , I will offer you a refund or replacement with another variety before shipping.
CUTTINGS GUIDELINES:
Please consider the following guidelines for cutting orders:
Be vigilant about checking your mailbox when you receive the delivery notification by email . Tracking information will be provided. Cuttings should not be left outside or in the mailbox.
When you receive your cutting order, a process should be followed to reduce transportation shock to young plants. A cuttings care guide will be sent to you with your cuttings order. Please follow the steps in the guide to have success with cuttings.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
No cancellations or return are allowed. All sales are final. You can not change your order after placing it .You can always make another order, if you want additional items .
QUALITY ISSUES :
For any issues, please contact us through email rather than social media.
Tubers: Please email at (twomountainsgarden@gmail.com) for any issues related to quality of a tuber. You are required to send photo/video of tuber issue within A WEEK of receiving your tuber order .
Cuttings: You can email at (twomountainsgarden@gmail.com) for any issues related to cuttings, using photo/video of cutting within 24 HOURS of receiving your cutting order .
VIRUSES STATEMENT:
We do not guarantee that our cuttings and tubers are free of virus. We do not do virus testing on our cuttings. All the dahlia were grown in separate grow bags . Tubers were sources from local sellers and are not imported. We sanitize our tools while handling dahlia tubers and plants .
MISLABELED TUBERS/CUTTINGS:
We label our plants and ensure that our varieties are correct. However if you have a happy or bad surprise regarding a variety , Please email us at (twomountainsgarden@gmail.com) . We will try to resolve the issue.
